At MAMAPHOBE, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unwashed, and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at mamaphobellc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, we're happy to exchange it, subject to product availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all babies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
